Plans for Halloweeeeeeen?

Couple of adults lived around my neighborhood, who were 'sick' in the dome. They did the unthinkable.. they injected a candy 'snickers' with a lethal poison and placed it in a random house saying 'take one please' so the candy couldn't be traced back to 'em. Owner of the house comes out, see's it, takes the bowl inside, and ends up eating it. Couple of hours later, he starts vomiting and shaking violently. Next 30 minutes, his finger and toe nails began pealing off. After enduring countless seizures, he halts into a slow death. Those adults are still loose and undefined. Think twice before taking candy from strangers.
