Something I haven't got is my bloody new phone which I ordered last Friday!

Supposed to be delivered today by TNT, but after numerous calls and a visit to the depot I was told: "It wasn't loaded onto the truck today for some reason - we don't know. We've searched the warehouse and it isn't there either. We will call you later".

Yeah.... a box which is the right size for a mobile phone, probably labelled as such, has been "lost". How are delivery companies still so bad nowadays?! Let alone a delivery estimate of "between 8am and 6pm"... yeah... thanks for that estimate.
