Imo, make sure your buying off reputable seller with 100% feedback,
dont leave feedback until you have throughly checked item and its fully functioning. once you've left feedback and you've found a problem, unlucky. If theres a problem can raise a grievance on ebay and they're really good at sorting it out. You could also drive down to the persons address an fill them in if you get conned
