Ok, I'll start by responding to a couple of the concerns you have raised in your post whilst I wait for some more info on this.

People get different actions taken (a warning, kick or ban, etc) depending a number of factors;

- How serious the event is - depending on what has happened and how much it has affected people, then action taken or severity of any action may be different.

- If the user has any relevant history - Are there any previous actions on the users URS record (which I will explain in more detail below), perhaps for the same reason. I.e. have any previous actions taken had any effect?

- How long the user has been playing on our servers - Someone who is new will most likely not be familiar with our rules or the way the server works. They will need a little more leniency so they have fair time to learn what is and isn't allowed on our servers. Someone who has been on our server a long time will be more familiar with our rules and how we work.

There are also a few other factors, and all of these are taken into account when any admin decides on taking action.

I would also like to point out that a 1 day ban isn't very much at all and people receive a variety of actions depending on the above. It isn't just you that has been banned.

well even if there really is such a record, this ban seems a bit ridicoulous to me, but would be a reason for admins to extend it...

RE your URS. As I stated previously, this is a confidential record that shows any all actions taken by admins whilst you are on our servers - Nobody is obliged to tell you anything about this information upon any request (it is all mostly stuff you should remember happening anyway, if you can't remember, that isn't a good sign).

All I will say is that you had been warned by an admin a couple of months ago - this would have been made clear to you. You had also received a kick from our server a month later for breaking a rule.

From what I have seen so far, I have seen nothing of concern. They were professional and polite and dealt with you fairly.

Your attitude however seems quite different (I was reading the chatlogs from the last couple of days whilst looking into this). There are a few times when you insult people and have a generally poor attitude yourself. This needs to change if you want to stay out of trouble.
