12:50: VILBO69 is in a chase. The speed is understandable but still, there's a chase in the middle of HW1, he steps off the gas when there isn't a gap, then steps on it again, he does this twice and not once does he brake. Eventually Pipa crosses his path resulting in a 3 car accident. Excuse me for over reacting after this as I didn't realise he was in a chase at the time, but I still think he could have swerved onto the grass if not stop and U-Turn.

29:25: VILBO69 and [JesVi]j3zB4' are drifting. There is a chase on the exit of Cattle Market, both VILBO69 and [JesVi]j3zB4' don't slow down and overtake the chase at speed.

I feel [JesVi]j3zB4' deserves a severe warning as I haven't seen him do this before, plus he was just following VILBO69. However I think VILBO69 deserves a ban as he clearly hasn't learned from the experience he had 17 minutes prior to the incident, and this time he had no excuse to continue through the chase.
