You've been a member of the community long enough (first joined in February 2008) to know this kind of behaviour is not acceptable in the servers.

You were:

Interfering with a chase (even when being asked to stop)
Abusive
Unwilling to follow rules, you pretty much admitted it yourself.

As you know, you were just banned in-game by me. You need to read the rules, please.
