Then this is your chance, because we are opening our open recruitment right now!

What is an open recruitment?

Anyone that wants to be in our training team can apply in an open recruitment. Your application
will be discussed between the Supervisors and Leaders, after around two weeks you will be told that your application has either been
accepted or denied. However, for a decision to be made you need to be active so that our team can view the potential you have in the Training Team.

What does a trainer do?

Our team teaches cops on the TC servers which either want training, or cops who have had their rights revoked.
This means you will be expected to give the best effort in every training session.

What happens when i get accepted into the [TC] Training team?

You will be told by PM when you are accepted.
At that time, you join our training team as an Assistant.
During your assistant period, you have 3 weeks to learn everything you need to know as a trainer.
You will be trained by our Supervisors and Leaders.
