I have some advice for you. Next time please:

Do not run after you believe you were invalidly fined because the fail to stop fine overrules the initial fine
Provide a replay yourself, you made this case, you should be supplying the evidence
Make sure the initial fine was actually invalid. After reviewing the replay, you should not have been that close to the chase (evidently) and you had a lot of time to react but failed to.
