1) 14:21- i saw sirens so i slowed down for them (start of problems)
2) 14:27- he drives past overtaking cop (which was in chase)
3) 14:35- he crashes into barrier at which point i try to avoid
4) 14:48-16:20- i ask for a sorry, he says no, i explain he was the one who caused it, he told me to F*** off"
