4:38:40 - User wrong sides on Autobahn.

4:41:27 - User does illegal u-turn on AB resulting Skyline [COP] hitting him then he does a left turn to (presumably) get on the correct side, not looking for oncoming traffic in the adjacent lane, so I hit him, also. 5-10 seconds later he disconnects from the server with no apology.

Rules broken:

1.3. Drive on the correct side of the road.

1.5. Stay away from chases.

10.1.1. Driving wrong way on the Autobahn is strictly forbidden. Even during chases.
