First timestamp, okay he should have slowed down but not the end of the world. The latter timestamp is the one I'm more interested in. He went over Dead Man's Crest at ridiculous speeds, and may I note that I think both you (Frozen) and he were in the middle of the road. However, rules clearly state:

Quote:Let suspects and cops pass and give them room for manoeuvring. Do not follow or overtake chases. If a chase gets closer, stay passive, slow down and wait until the situation is over. Do not help the suspect or the police.

The bold text can apply to when a chase is coming in your direction and when it's behind you. For one, he shouldn't have been in the middle of the road (same applies to you), furthermore he should not have been travelling at such ridiculous speeds, and lastly, he should not have disconnected to avoid confrontation and without apologising (obviously)
