The replay timestamps show evident lack of respect for sirens. The latter timestamp impacted on your entire chase due to him a.) not respecting sirens, b.) not looking before pulling out. He also failed to apologise. After looking at his URS, I deem a ban suitable.

Action has been taken as described.
