Throughout this chase i demonstrate the COP's inability to Chase, Maintain a good Car Control especially his braking and turning when it is demanded.
I may have been brake testing him, but he wasn't attempting to avoid me, in some cases he redirected straight into me. I strongly advise that this person must take Basic Training in order to learn how to handle his car better.
