RE: Morreboy's Report
Alright, out of sixteen timestamps that you have provided, only two were actual rams.
On eight of them, there was barely any contact made - even P.I.T. maneuvers results in harder contacts, in most of cases. None of those eight contacts, were out of order really. On four of them, you were clearly preforming brakechecks. When you do that, you have only yourself to blame. Anyway, those three brakecheks resulted in light contacts only aswell (you can call them "taps"), nothing more serious. On 1:14.45, he did hit you intentionally. He has clearly aimed into your car, when you have turned right. He did apologise after, but he should of been more carfeul. On 1:19.14, there is no contact happening. Neither a few seconds before, or later. On 1:26.40, he hit you lightly, however, there was also lag involved and this is why you spun out. Thankfully, this lag hit did not cause any damage, to either of you. 1:28.10 is the only timestamp, where he has actually "rammed" you. He hit you in the fence, which has resulted into you flipping on your roof. His excuse afterwards, was his setup. Contacts do happen in chases. As long as they are only "taps" and not actual rams, like they were on the majority of timestamps that you have provided, there is nothing wrong with them. Especially if you are preforming brakecheks, you can not complain for being hit afterwards. For two actual rams, player will receive a warning on his URS. For one he has already apologised, however, he did not do that for the other one. Thank you for the report. Action has been taken as described. Thank you for your report. It has now been moved to the archives. |
