Windows 8 problems..

Not sure if it'll fix your problem bit might be worth trying.

With regards to the screenshot issue I haven't got a screenshot button on my Windows 8 laptop but there is a useful tool already installed. Search for 'Snipping Tool' and it'll allow you to take a screenshot.

To change your clock go to the Control Panel and then under Clock, Language and Region select Change date, time or number formats.

A box will pop up. Under Short time select HH:mm and Long time should say HH:mms - click ok and that issue should be resolved.
