If you're trying to lose weight, cut all alcohol, fizzy drinks, chocolate, crisps, snacks for a while.
I've lapsed a little recently with junk food and snacks, but I started going to the gym last year in July, put on about 4kg but manage to lose about 6% body fat. Speaking from experience I know it's really really hard maintaining any sort of strict diet or excercise regime, no matter what your goal, a huge congratulations to you. It's hard work and really really frustrating at times but keeping pushing yourself, every kilo you lose will feel so so so worth it if you really mean it Congrats and keep it up. |
