This report is being looked into. Please be patient.

Having looked at the replay this is clearly driver error/car control, he clips the barrier and lost control of his car then crashed into you and nothing more. Most certainly does not look intentional but an apology should of been given for crashing into you and sending you flying. A warning will given.

Action has been taken as described.
