Spectate user Are from timestamp 3:35:35. Continue watching until he rams the suspect and then drives off. It's no longer than 30s-1 minute.

● Description of incident (inc Date & Time)

Firstly he fails to slow down for sirens, resulting in him hitting me and doesn't apologise. Follows the chase, failing to move for sirens after multiple !move binds. Then rams the suspect with no apology.
