Good morning,

The replay is evident of the fact he fails to slow down for sirens (thus resulting in a hit), gets in the way of a chase (despite !move), and rams deliberately - for none of which he apologises.

Despite the fact his record is clean, he will be receiving a short ban of 2 days to ensure he reads the rules carefully due to the nature of his offences.
