As you asked for someone who wasn't involved to post here and BoyPower asked me to post, as far as I can tell you've been fully aware of the 14 URS entries from what I can see, the swearing fines you've received I fail to see any of them leading to you "quoting" someone and considering you've already been warned for this sort of thing. The ban you received was actually very kind, if it was up to me I would've banned you for at least a month.
