[Implemented] Suspects car in display

Hello!

I've been thinking that when im copping and someone calls backup (im driving for example in FXO) I have to spec the suspect every time to check is he driving in a XRG (which is possible to bust with FXO) or is he driving with on XFR, LX6, XRR etc.

It's not a big deal but I think it would be more comfortable and easier that the display in up would show which car suspect is driving.

What im looking for is this;
