The user requested an unban, and promises (in the link below) to read and understand the rules. Frankly I feel he's 'extracting the urine' as he's made it just over 1 hour before violating the rules with name calling. Clearly he isn't sorry, hasn't kept his promise and doesn't wish to comply to the rules. Some people never learn. If I was chuck, I'd be feeling cheated right now.
