It is hard to tell whether the crash was intentional as the user was messing around on the roundabout, and appeared to get in your way when you passed, the user did not appear to apologise either. As this could have been an accident and he wasn't interfering with the chase after this point the user will not be banned, however he will receive an offical warning for messing around on the roundabout and near chases and for not apologisising, any future offence will result in a ban. Thanks.
