Well he is most certainly speeding and also quite a considerable speed over the limit, at one point he reaches 100 mph in a 60mph zone.

Force may only be used if the suspect has failed to stop. The InSim will state when the suspect has failed to stop (after approx 45 seconds) This is true, however what Boypower also said is true, you are allowed to make contact if it is clear the suspect won't stop. and in this case AlvaroPT its clear you was NOT going to stop. So i shall not be taking any action on that. Now as for the [COP's] speeding i shall give an offical warning.

-20:37:00 He pits me when it didnt failed to stop - At this point its clear you are going to evade and run.
-20:40:00 He keeps.. - Chasing you and performs his maneuvers on you quite well, at no point did i see any ramming.
