We can kind of do that now - If we put a one-way checker to prevent people entering the pits the wrong way, they will lose their trip. We've already done this in a few places.


However, I'm really not a fan of fining for shift+p in the pits. Restricting setup/car choice will likely hinder rather than help:
- can't test setups online
- oops, LFS loaded the wrong set (yes, this is a bug)
- can't change car to help tow someone
- can't join a chase against at much faster car
- can't change skin etc. etc.
Tbh, that would just add restrictions for no real improvement.
