A word on the spawning. It is actually based off of the vehicle the last character drove not your current one. The biggest issue with gta iv was that if a player drove a car that's all you saw. They have tried to fix this.

I looked for a regular Obey 9F for 2 days to find out they spawn by the caynnes over near the race track. (Dissapointed they don't have the quad tip exhaust the convertible does.)

Say I'm in a Rapid GT as Franklin. He will commonly see Ferraris and Corquettes, Jag sedans and fj cruisers arohnd his house. Head over to grove street I see tampas, futos, emperors and other misc cars. Sandy shores area you will see campers, reginas and jeeps.

If I switch to Trevor or Michael this will be the first set of cars I see until I steal one from a different set list.
