PC pulsating humming noise.

As I said it only does it like 2 times out of 10 on startup for about 2-3 mins.

Or just a stick. Point the stick into things and keep the other end at your ear. It should conduct the sound sufficiently enough, but of course it's not as professional as a stethoscope.
