I would get a decent processor for a base, probably at least I5. Also the newer boards will require a graphics card with PCI-E connector, so an old hard drive will usually only have the AGP one.
Also my latest motherboards came with a 6 S-ATA connectors, but only 1 IDE connector. Older harddrives/optical drives have IDE connectors, so keep an eye for that. |
