● Description of incident (inc Date & Time)
As seen in the replay, I was chasing Sierra, for circling the roundabout multiple times. While in the process, this player aims to hit me, misses, then lines up and hits me again. This user has clearly not read the rules regarding interfering with chases, and also apologising after crashes. Afterwards, I wished to apprehend him for interfering with my chase. He got stuck on the north side of the map and called a tow, to which Towcat responded. I asked him not to move him after I arrived, so he didn't. Upon arriving to his position, he pitted in order to avoid a fine. To conclude, I'm reporting this user for interfering with a chase, and cheating the InSim.
