I dont know about UK but here we beat the record of the highest wind ever measured and generally there were hurricane winds at multiple locations around the country. Can hardly just call this semi bad... it was majorly bad. The covering in the news probably saved lifes as people otherwise would have gone out and get hit by flying and falling things. None of us are saying it shouldn't have been covered. We're only saying that it was slightly dramatised (meaning that the news tried to make it out worse than it was), this was at least the case in the UK for a lot of places. As Orange has said. |
