Autumn Storms/Severe Weather Discussion

*Sigh* why are everyone going mad so fast. Calm down for pity's sake.

Regarding my latest post, i was mostly talking about the danish news as i obviously dont watch UK news and they definitely did not over do it here... they were simply covering the storm from around the country on the news channel and news website so people who weren't hit by the storm yet knew what was coming so they could prepare etc.

In a country like this and UK where such strong winds isn't that common, large news coverage will happen to warn and advice the public as people don't know common sense regarding that kind of weather as they are simply not used to it.

I find that you guys underestimate the storm that hit yesterday and think that the media made a big fuss over it, maybe because it werent that bad where you were located? Perhaps it happened to be QUITE bad where the news were covering from.
