Going down h2 I came across a car sitting in the road wrong way while I was doing 130mph. Still approaching, I was hoping the guy was moving over to his side of the road, but as I approached at a high rate of speed I was about to attempt and veer right to avoid this guy because he had yet to make an attempt to get off the road from watching the replay. I got no sorry and was later stated that it was my fault and I should have said sorry all because he was involved in an earlier crash. He had plenty of time to move to his side of the road after watching the replay. After watching the replay, I also took notice that he almost ran completely into a chase being his *Crash* that involved our incident. He also hits a cop being his third crash the time after our incident if you continue to watch the replay.
