Server literally invisible, even via direct connect

windows button+r (execute), type "cmd" then type: "tracert 91.121.86.46"
and hit enter. wait until finished, type: "tracert 108.162.192.94"
then u can rightclick, mark, and mark with left mouse button to copy and paste it here.(or make a screenshot)

ping on server schows 30 to 40 aswell. dont want to step on anyones toes, just in case u didnt know:
internet is full of complaints about ovh's terrible (ddos) protection...
wich was causing the lags for me. as u see in my previous tracerout thees entries:
12 123 ms 123 ms 122 ms vac2-2-n7.fr.eu [91.121.215.109]
13 124 ms 122 ms 122 ms vac2-3-n7.qc.ca [91.121.215.111]

are missing today. and that vac technology is their protection.

maybe it helps to reconfigure the security settings. but this is where my little knowledge ends
