You can't tell the difference between 600Hz and 120Hz anyway. The eye cannot see more then 120Hz. (Hz = updates/frames per second)
And even worse, the PS3, and Xbox 360 aren't capable of playing any modern game at more than 24fps anyway. (24fps = 24Hz = 600Hz is useless). Afaik the new PS4 does manage to play some lower-range games at 60 Hz. But still, that wont give you anything more from a 600Hz TV.
