Daniel Ltt will be banned for dangerous play ramming (I think they were friends). Initially, it was clear that he intentionally rammed his friend on the wrong side, subsequently making him go flying. This was dangerous because it could have easily hit Jim, who was quite near where the guy (who was rammed) landed. Daniel then proceeded to enter the little car park zone with the express intention of continuing the ramming. Whilst trying to enter the car park, pulled out in front of a chase which could have ended very differently if it wasn't for a few seconds. He was seemingly oblivious to this.

Epatraktor99 has been permanently banned for money abuse, but the fact he was intentionally interfering with a chase will be noted on his URS.

Users ivis and lvlarti will receive strict confirmable URS warnings for their behaviour.

You've done this report well but I didn't see epatraktor99 intentionally steer into the cops again at 3:48:40. It did sort of look like he tried to steer into ivis, though.
