I must have the only dysfunctional K11 on the planet Sad

Headlight bulb connector melted itself last Friday, so a new one was soldered on - that's all working fine now. Literally the next day, it started creaking on full lock. As soon as it stops raining (next April) I'll jack her up and see what's gone wrong now.

We won't let her die though, she's going to end up tearing around rally stages like yours Biggrin

Awh right, the wiring to the lights arent the best to be honest lol. A friend also had a problem with his headlights and theres a common problem with the passenger rear light cluster not working too :/

A creaking or clicking? A CV Joint? Again, common problem as they get a bit tired. Easy enough to change though Smile

And haha, thats the attitude I like to hear! I would love to see another Micra Rally Car! Still not many of them about, but starting to get more popular now Smile

I bought (havent recieved them yet though) myself some christmas presents over the last week:-

Brand new wrap-around bucket seats (delivered middle of January)
Brand new 5.1:1 Crown Wheel & Pinion
Set of Compomotive 13" Alloys with Kuhmo wet tyres
Kevlar full length Underguards
Kevlar Sill Guards

Plus a few more small bits and pieces Smile

I have absolutely no money left now though.. expensive week! Christmas has been called off until next month Tongue

Haha yes, and typically I found them when I was actually looking for a 5.1 Crown wheel and Pinion! Picking them up on 30th and doing a small event on 1st Jan, so will hopefully have pictures of them on the car Tongue

A definite creaking/groaning. As soon as it dries off outside she'll be on stilts so we can see whats up. I've not seen many 5 doors Micras used for rallying, but how hard can it be.

I'm looking forward to pictures of yours on her new shoes. Any bits you no longer need, feel free to throw them this way Wink

Hmm, could be a few things, but hopefully will get sorted!

A friend has a 5-door one he uses, I might have put a picture of it up on here before next to mine Tongue

It weighs a bit more than mine though thats the only problem.

Haha, I havent got much left. A Green Cotton Air Induction box and pair of bucket seats!

Started the jetta in the cold (-20℃), it took 2 secs of cranking to start. when it finally did, white smoke everywhere outside, rough idle for about 20 secs, and the interior smelled like diesel.

Glow plugs worked fine, the engine kept bouncing RPMs around 500 RPM, and shot up to 2000 after almost stalling, fortunately after that it held 1000 until it warmed up, at which that point, it had plenty of smoke coming out the exhaust.

My father said that the smell in the cabin was normal. I'm having a feeling there's an exhaust leak somewhere.

my rear brakes on both sides is pretty much end and brake pedal dosent take so good when i hit around half abs will go in at same time
