Added: Arduino-support.
Changed: It works with InSim instead of a chatlog.
Fixed: It responds not anymore to 'emergency strings' in the public chat (i.e. someone who talks about 'calling a tow' without actually calling one).
Removed TEMPORARILY: Special functions for cops.
