How many times do we have to tell you! Ryan has explained this so many times and you still don't listen. He has exams coming up and did not want to take full leadership of the team since he had his mindset on school. So he PMmed me on the forums can you demote me to ASLeader, the he PMmed me again saying can you demote me to Senior, then we had a chat in team speak and he said he wanted to stay as a VIP but has "left" the team. Then he said he wanted to join back and I said yes. I pur him back as ASLeader, then after watching him do some behind the scenes work with the team I decided to put him as TLiT. Does this clarify the rank changes, if not, you haven't even bothered reading the whole thread!

Any MORE COMMENTS on the way pur management has been the past few days, I will simply ask a TC to edit the post so its blank with dashes in it.

Oh and since I was making the last post. Daniel, we started this team with 2 (or 1) members right? Look where we are now. 7 possibly 9 members soon. I have had my experiences from JC and MAC. Me and Ryan wanted to make a new team from scratch. We have looked into other teams and how they worked before making this OK. We have all the resources we need. For now

Its going well Skoda My posts point was to try and help you guys, as it has currently been quite confusing and makes many members take this team quite lightly, instead of if you guys would have handled it with style, there would have not been this many posts about how nobody knows what is happening etc. One way would have been just to always report whats happened in the team like once a day, summing everything up as a lot did during few days instead just posting new update every hour

Keep the unnecessary comments away as its starting to get really anoying this is not your team so the way it is run and how things happen is not your business.

Stop with the unnecessary comments every day or when we post something as it has no use to us and we have already been informed by you of your opinion. Same with others and we have listened.

I won't watch as Skoda and Ryan repeat themselves over and over for the sake of people being either incapable of reading previous messages or being disrespectful.

In short, shut the hell up with the negative crap and let the team do what they will, it's beyond frustrating to watch. I don't mind an opinion, even a negative one but if you don't want to say what's wrong and offer them a solution they might choose to use then don't make a post, please.
