Hello,

Is there any hope to avoid this crash:

OOS - CAR
Lost synchronization to host

I find it rather annoying to crash during a pull over or even in chase.

No I don't.

Just to add, I have been getting these crashes quite a lot recently.

Then it will be due to modifications to your lfs version. Try a fresh install and the problems will dissapear.
