Since you've given no trouble shooting info at all, you have done the usual things like restart the PC, right? I know you're not an idiot or anything, but since you've given no information, I'll assume you've done nothing about it yet. Smile

It fixes with a restart, ye, but it comes back, which is why I ask Confused

Still got this problem if anyone has anything to add.. seems to come into play after a wake from sleep

had some issues aswell after sleep mode, just stopped using it and went back to shutting it down properly... is it a nvidia card? try opening the nvidida control panel, leave it open, unplug monitor cable and plug back in. dont ask me why, read it somewhere and worth a try.
reinstall monitor driver/try windows driver
go to windows display setting:
using proper resolution?
try 60 instead of 59hz
try changing custom textsize(dpi) 99 or 101%
windows color calibration
clear-type text reconfiguration

that would be my first thoughts...
