Fwank came there and "pitted" me and i flipped over without sorry. I lost contact because of it.

When I approached your chase, I slowed down to not cause any problems. Once Enty made it through I followed behind him to get past you, You were spinning in the middle of the road and you pulled off to the right at a slow speed, I tried to get around you but you started to drive towards the road and we crashed.

I felt you of atleast checked before you pulled out like that.

yeah before I got there, you had spun around on the road and came to a stop before pulling away when i was already trying to go past.

Well, in all fairness Kille, you did pull out in front of Fwanky. I understand that you were in a chase, but so was he.

There was Enty on his left and you on his right side, so there was not a lot of space for maneuvering left. Fwanky could probably do a better job at trying to avoid you, but you should check whether the road is free aswell, before you pull out.

It would be great if we could settle this with an apology and move on. How does that sound?

Even though he was in chase that doesnt mean he is allowed to push me like that and drive off without a word. I let entY go and then he pushes me like that. Thats not acceptable? I know that you are friends with him. I want that you deal with this properly because i am upset i lost the chase.

I didn't say anything at the time because I was busy with the chase, we were already falling behind due to an earlier incident and the last thing I wanted to do was discuss something else.

We agreed to talk after the chase, and we did. Also why let Enty past and then try and pull out infront of me? I'm sure that makes much sense.. and this has nothing to do with our relationship between TC team members, he has been around long enough to know not to be bias towards people. I'm sure he is applying it here.

It did not seem to me that he hit you intentionally. The hit itself was quite minor really, if anything, you were very unlucky to flip because of it.

Fwanky should probably apologise for it (which is what I suggested in my previous reply), but that accident was not solely his fault.

Right..

1) Kille if you had not been wrongsiding in the 1st place then this would of been totally avoided.
2) Due to you wrong siding and having to avoid several cars you lost control of your car.
3) Once you gained control of your car again you proceeded to get back on the track, however without due care and attention to traffic coming up behind you.
4) You should of waited and then got back on the track once Frank had passed as he was far to close for you to be pulling onto the road.
5) Frank was slowing down/reducing his speed as he is now aware of you pulling out infront of him.
6) Franki has control of his car, however he crashes into you because you do not check your mirrors/map and cars approaching from behind.

I do not think any action should be took and this is purely driver error, this does happen occasionally. This has also nothing to do with copping, like said purely the fact was loss of control and lack of road awareness. Apologies should of been said in chat and it left at that.
You only gain full control once back on road. (xfr and grass dont mix)
