What on earth. It's lucky the guy who recorded the video could stop in time considering how close he was behind, and the people behind him (recorder) were probably tailgating too, however no idea what that Peugeot was doing.

EDIT: Actually, the recorder did not seem to be following that closely, I think the camera is slightly deceptive.

That guy blocking the outside lane so deserved that. Just a shame the guy behind him also got crashed.
