I discover something today:
Before the 1.10, only the AI behind you will horn if you block the path, since 1.10 all cars seems to horn if you block the path (I got horned by 7 cars & 2 trucks because I sat at green).

The MP isnt compatible with mods yet, so if you want to start playing MP you should make another profile and use that, with no mods activated as your online profile.

Do I need to download my ETS2 again trough steam or does the MP mod work without downloading the game from steam?
