I was being chased and i got crashed by Sigitas, olli then decided to just straight on ram me without even try to brake or steer away. It could've easily been avoided but instead he chose to ram me and make me go OOB resulting in me loosing the chase and kms. He told me he tried to brake, he did that but 1 second before the crash. To me what he did is intentional ramming.

I started braking as soon as i saw you, also sirens on my screen where blocking my view partly which made it difficult to react in time to avoid the crash. I'm sorry for your lost chase, i simply saw you too late to avoid the crash.

Looks to me like an unavoidable accident. Once he saw you lying in the road he braked and since he locked his wheels up there is no way he could have gotten around you.

Furthermore at that speed on a decline towards a barrier, it is very difficult to sucessfully avoid you. It's just a accident that none of you can be blamed for, as it was the wrongsiding cop that caused it in the first place.

He had alot of space on his left but decided to go for me, doesnt look like an unavoidable accident to me. I didnt get a sorry either. But since you're the admin you decide, i got nothing else to say.

The problem with that was that he locked his wheels up and couldn't change direction anymore and from his perspective there was no alternative anyway. He could either hit you or a barrier, so there was nothing to gain from trying to go around you and i personally rather hit something head on than risk damaging my suspension.

He didn't cause the accident and did nothing wrong. The person to blame is the other cop that made you crash.
