Zapzera Setup a roadblock to make me lose the suspect 39:40:00

● Description of incident (inc Date & Time) : Today i was chasing Odda, and Zapzera was always following us to help his mate... about to hit me from time to time .. And finally he decided to make a roadblock i crashed in him but i called backup and managed to bust suspect at the end .. after that he said that he was talking on the phone and didnt appologized. Please ban this guy as he didnt respected the sirens and helping his friends to escape from cops !

Yeah was a pretty obvious one.

As he is rather new he will receive a confirmable warning for staying remote from chases.
