Why i was banned? "Continuous swearing despite warning" i dont understand this because for first i dont play today at 08:28:32, for second ive been fined for swearing one time for nothing (i dont write or etc anything), i write in game to TC ADMINS and i dont have any request, for second time i swear and ive been fined and this is ok and this is my first time, and this is for this ban? Funny...

I dont have more to complain.

Hello,

I am the admin who banned you, due to (as the ban list says) continuous swearing despite warning.

In the month of October alone, your URS for chat-related offences has been rather poor. You received a ban for swearing in a foreign language, a kick for being abusive to another player, a fine for avoiding the swear filter, a confirmable warning about the previous avoidance of the swear filter and the warning mentioned swearing in general. At this point, you're obviously on thin ice. To top it off though, you go on to have 2 more swearing fines after your warning. You had three swearing fines in one evening.

The confirmable warning I am referring to even told you that swearing fines act as warnings. This is also what the rules says:

Server Rules Wrote:Note: The most serious swearwords are auto-fined by the system, but this is only a warning. You may still get banned in case of repeated violations.

ye, unban me funny admin cuz i dont do anything, i dont know whrere u read about it but this is not normal.
Ive been fined for each swear so i have penalty, then unban my account.

If i loose 3k for filter why u are ban me, so ive been penalty...

Read the rule snippet I gave you.

The swearing fine is simply a warning, repeatedly swearing may get you banned, and it has. You disregarded the blatantly clear CONFIRMABLE warning an admin gave you and continued to swear.

If swearing fines completely dealt with the swearing then rich people would be able to swear as they please, and this is not how it works. Regardless of how much money you have, if you have an accumulation of swearing fines (aka warnings), you're going to get yourself banned.

All this TC is a big misunderstanding, banning for that man how are pissed off that uses the censored words. This is really annoying. This is the time I say something it does not mean that you can immediately ban me.

And that is how to ask for help is not getting any response is okay? But I do not think Admins TC is one big mafia which clings only to about anything ...

I hope you understand me, I use google translator because I do not understand enough English. Sorry about the whole situation but banning someone for that yourself say something that is sick ...
