● Replay Timestamps: 06:50- Suspect goes OOB in a chase. Keeps going away from the chase. Around 7:40 he escapes the chase after we had told him to shift + p many times.

The user will be given a short ban, he ignored everybody telling him that he was not aloud to continue OOB and you lost the chase because of it. I think it's time he read our rules properly.
