39:43.00 - steering towards my suspect Sheep, therefore I'm driving WW to avoid him, then he steers completely into my direction and causes the accident.
Yes, I've been on the wrongside and yes he probably steered towards me to avoid sheep. But if he didn't even steer towards Sheep at all, nothing would've happened.
Not braking at all.
47:54.00 crosses HW without checking the road. He has already seen me when crossing, not saying this was intentional, but should probably be made aware of being more careful.

Had one chase on the new Blackwood Layout and in this two crashes which destroy the chase... can we please go back to the old one? (26:05.00 the other heavy crash, NOT!!! reporting him)

Ok, first of all i wouldn't of hit you if you were not wrong way-ing. I moved to the other side of road to try and avoid you, then i seen Sheep so went correct side again and hit you.
I don't think it was very necessary for you to go wrong side. And you shoudln't be wrong siding and putting other users in danger, rule-
5.1-Cops may break road laws only in case of a chase or joining a chase. Be sure not to put other players in danger. Try to drive on the correct side - only go on the wrong side when necessary.

Secondly- Crossing the HW without looking was a total accident. And i appologise for that. And i also appologised several times in game, but you seemed to get into a mood, so i left you alone.

So finally Dino, i am sorry for what i have done, and making you lose a chase. If there is anything i can do to make you feel better, please let me know.

Did you even read what I wrote?

I went WW cause I saw you coming towards my side and my suspect to avoid YOU.
No need to quote the rules about going WW only if safe.
As I said, if you didn't even move towards Sheep nothing wouldve happened.

If you watched the replay you would see it wasn't intentional and that i was going to fast off road and didn't stop in time. You were not even in the chase.

39:43.00 Considering that you should have been on the right, i would describe his reaction as inadequate. However he did try to avoid it.

47:54.00 A very annoying mistake, but a mistake after all
