Well he was drifting went onto the wrong side and crashed into you. Not ramming as it was an accident.

Also please don't threaten people with reports. "say sorry.... or report" is not really a respectful way to talk to each other. Perhaps try "Mind apologising for the accident?" or something similar, if that yields no result feel free to come on here again.
