That looks good, no need to "insults" at all.

Looks really good Curt'D, there isn't actually any improvements however I would make the chevron slightly thicker and shorter, but that is just my personal preference.

Looks good, but the battenburg is not made perfectly, its not exactly at the same position (the "boxes).

Align the battenburgs to be at the same place on both sides and you will be good
